Sadly this will be the first year we celebrate the heroes of this global-breaking franchise without it’s creator, Akira Toriyama, but we intend to celebrate with a BANG! Saiyans, the fictional race from the series Dragon Ball starting at “Z,” where we first learned of them, and further on to even the current Daima arc started off a conquerors and the last few that survived became heroes of the Multi-verse and even the Demon Realm.

The reason we choose March 18th every year, is because when breaking down the word Saiyan (Sa-I-Ya) instead of the original Japanese pronunciation, “Saiyajin,” each individual separation can be read as the translation for the number:

Sa-> San-> 3

I-> Ichi-> 1

Ya-> Hachi-> 8

On this day every year, expect something grand to celebrate the incredible franchise!
